We are seeking an experienced Content Acquisition Manager to join our team at iKO Media Group. This role plays a crucial part in expanding our content portfolio and establishing strategic partnerships with content creators, publishers, and other relevant platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Content Opportunity Identification: Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to identify potential content acquisition opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Partnership Management: Initiate and negotiate agreements with content creators, publishers, and platforms to acquire high-quality content for our channels.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with content partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and timely delivery of content.
  • Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of acquired content, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content acquisition and distribution.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
