About the Role
You will be joining a team that provides customer support for top global brands. As an Italian Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will assist Italian-speaking customers, helping them with technical issues and providing account assistance. You will work alongside a diverse team, backed by training and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer questions and resolve issues for customers via phone, email, and chat
• Use CRM tools to manage and track issues efficiently
• Ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues quickly and effectively
• Create a positive experience for each customer with friendly and professional communication
• Collaborate with your team and share feedback with management to keep improving
Requirements
• Fluency in Italian (C2 level)
• Good basic English (B2 level)
• Basic understanding and level of computer handling skills
• Problem-solving attitude and multitasking ability
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
