  • Partner with in-Market stakeholders and their teams to represent the voice of the consumer and customer at key decision-making forums.
  • Deliver Insights relating to business planning, performance management, and forecasting, in accordance with centrally set standards and within agreed delivery timescales.
  • Translate business needs into robust insight requirements that can be used to shape the design and execution of insight projects.
  • Make best use of central resources such as the global Insights Hub, best-practice toolkits, and reporting templates.
  • Articulate how Insights contribute to the achievement of Imperial Brands' strategy and individual team strategies.
  • Provide actionable, commercially sound, and data-driven recommendations.

  • Relevant Insights experience within multinational FMCG organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Insights techniques across brand, marketing, and forecasting.
  • Ability to apply innovation learnings to inform product launches.
  • Excellent communication skills regarding Insights in a persuasive, articulate, and engaging way.
  • People management skills with proven ability to coach and motivate a team of direct reports.
  • Language fluency in English is a must, and fluency in Italian is a plus.
