Job Title: Inside Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in scheduling product demos, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in marketing and sales meetings to coordinate campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule product demos with potential customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations to sell subscription packages
  • Participate in marketing and sales meetings to coordinate campaigns
  • Receive a salary composed of a fixed compensation and a monthly performance-based bonus
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Italian native speaker; fluent in English
  • Strong results orientation and structured approach
  • Ability to collaborate in a "win-as-a-team" environment
  • Affinity with technological/innovative solutions
  • Residence in Milan or Munich and its province or willingness to relocate

Selection Process:
  • 1st step - Interview with Talent Acquisition (30 min)
  • 2nd step - Case Study to prepare for the third step
  • 3rd step - Interview with Head of Sales (60 min)
  • 4th step: Interview with CEO (30 min)
Onboarding and Training:

During the onboarding phase at AlfaDocs, you will always have a colleague ready to support you and responsible for your training. Unless otherwise specified, an onboarding period of 1 week is scheduled at our Munich office, where you will have the pleasure of meeting our entire team and visit the city.
