Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Arrival Expert/Bellboy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and sophisticated welcome to all guests entering the hotel, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assist guests with luggage, including loading and unloading, storage, and delivery to rooms or designated areas.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Supply guests with directions and information about local areas, points of interest, and activities.
  • Arrange transportation for guests, including taxis, shuttle buses, and limousine services.
  • Monitor the front driveway to ensure a smooth flow of traffic and inspect arriving cars for damages.
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, seeking out opportunities to wow them and exceed their expectations.

Requirements

  • A warm and people-oriented demeanor, with a team-first attitude.
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
  • Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking ability.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and intermediate Italian (both writing and speaking).
  • Previous experience as a bellman or doorman is a plus.
  • Ability to work with CRM and other software.
