The Role

As a HR Business Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters. You will work closely with directors and managers to co-create innovative solutions, drive business growth, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and advising directors and managers on HR-related topics, including change management, recruitment, onboarding, mobility, career development, conflict handling, and terminations.
  • Driving and implementing HR projects or processes, including performance reviews, salary reviews, succession and talent reviews, climate surveys, and development plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk guidelines and local labour regulations, with support from internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and handling administrative tasks for all employees in respective areas and liaising with external vendors/advisors.
  • Leading negotiation of agreements with employees.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have a Master's degree in a related field, coupled with 5+ years of experience in complex organizations and international companies, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. You will possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In addition, you will have:

  • Experience with HR systems and tools.
  • Fluent English and Italian language, both written and spoken.
