About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Novo Nordisk in Italy. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the business and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic business partner and change agent to the departments in scope, providing counsel and guidance on HR-related topics.
  • Co-create with Leadership new organisational set-ups and drive the implementation of HR projects and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk guidelines and local labour regulations, working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and handle administrative tasks for all employees in respective areas and liaise with external vendors/advisors.
  • Lead negotiation of agreements with employees.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a Msc degree in any related field, coupled with 5+ yrs of experience in complex organisations and international companies, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. You will also possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In addition, you will have experience with HR systems and tools, and be fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
