Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner for Italy to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in impacting business results by providing strategic guidance and support to our senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders, providing expert input on hiring processes, employment laws, HR policies, and compensation.
  • Design and implement employment guidelines and integrate global People processes relevant to your client areas.
  • Ensure compliance with country and EU legislation.
  • Support the business in identifying mid and long-term training needs, implementing a learning and development process, and ensuring a continuous learning environment.
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, monitoring employee engagement, and retention activities.
Requirements
  • A business-first attitude with excellent interpersonal communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience in highly demanding environments and in a similar role for more than 4 years.
  • Italian and English fluency is a must; any other language will be a big plus.
  • Knowledge of Country employment and labor law is a strong plus.
