Innovation Engineering SRL, a dynamic and innovative IT company part of PNO Group, is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the Company.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage all recruiting activities, from posting job openings to supporting the team in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes.
- Provide HR support to employees and management.
- Maintenance of HR System holding employee information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide proactive HR best practice advice.
- Provide guidance and coaching on HR issues to managers and employees, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, employee performance & development, succession planning, culture.
- Supporting the organisation in progressing the equality, diversity, and inclusion strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a HR role.
- Experience with HR systems, preferably Personio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.

- Highly organised with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Professional proficiency in English.
