Job Description

The Italian Hospitality Collection S.p.A. is a world-class hotel, resort and spa brand that boasts stunning properties in Italy. Our mission is to bring together excellent hotels, resorts and spas to constitute the best Italian hospitality brand in Europe. We are looking for a junior-middle profile, proactive and passionate individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Corporate Management to maximize efficiency and overall organization of the company.
  • Organize trips, meetings, agenda and small events for employees.
  • Write meeting minutes for Directors and manage their agendas.
  • Market analysis and presentations.
  • Organize and supervise administrative activities to secure smooth running of the office.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing email and monitor Info@IHC email.
  • Archive and monitor documentation about Sales&Marketing budget and manage deadlines for the team.
  • Order tickets and, if necessary, new IT equipment for current and new employees.

Requirements
  • Previous work experience as an Office Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role would be considered a plus.
  • High school diploma or degree.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge: Excel and Word above all.
  • Knowledge of a CRM would be considered a plus.
