Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Corporate Compliance Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will report directly to the Chief Compliance and Data Protection Officer. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that our operations and workforce comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to compliance issues.
  • Implement second-line defense measures to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Assist in preparing reports for regulatory bodies and internal governance.
  • Support the development of a robust compliance training program tailored to various audiences.
  • Evaluate compliance systems to ensure the adequacy of software solutions.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals who are innovative thinkers and can drive positive change within our organization. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Economics, Management, or Law.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience focused on compliance controls and risk management.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, with strong writing and speaking skills.
