About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Wellbeing and Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Treviso. This role will play a crucial part in fostering employee engagement and promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

  • Develop and implement global DE&I programs, identifying opportunities and enabling effective stakeholder management strategies.
  • Engage employees through DE&I workshops and organize events with internal and external speakers.
  • Communicate DE&I initiatives and welfare programs.

Employee Engagement

  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and sense of belonging, focusing on People Sustainability Projects.
  • Guarantee the best employee experience by organizing events and providing necessary tools, such as OnBoarding.
  • Coordinate employee surveys and listening activities to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.

Internal Communication

  • Develop and deploy a consistent internal communication plan reaching key audiences globally, while allowing for local input and customization.
  • Create engaging content for various internal communication channels, including the internal communication platform, videos, and town halls.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A MSc/MA in Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Previous experience (3-4 years) in the HR function.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to build relations with different stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and planning techniques.
  • Professional digital skills, including a wide range of communication tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Critical thinking and business acumen.
