Job Summary:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, strategies, and budgets for our product line. This includes managing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products, as well as training and educating our sales team and surgeons on product theory, design, and surgical techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications
- Train and educate sales team and surgeons on product theory, design, and surgical techniques
- Manage and maintain product databases and market research
- Coordinate and participate in events, presentations, and seminars to promote our products and brand
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and budgets for our product line
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop marketing plans
- University degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in product management or sales in the medical device industry
- Knowledge of sales processes and marketing strategies in the orthopedic industry
- Ability to communicate effectively with surgeons and other medical professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
