Job Responsibilities

Your Role...

  • Foster a lively and enjoyable environment for guests to unwind and indulge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during each shift.
  • Conduct daily briefings for the restaurant and bar staff.
  • Manage the reservations system efficiently.
  • Develop floor plans based on expected guest numbers.
  • Assist with food and beverage inventory management, including ordering and stock counts.
  • Provide training and support for the food and beverage team.
  • Schedule labor effectively to meet operational needs.
  • Handle cash transactions and report daily revenue according to company standards.
  • Oversee service operations on the floor and at the bar.
  • Ensure the safe opening and closing procedures of the restaurant are followed.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu offerings and service execution.
