At Rocco Forte Hotels, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant Manager to join our team at Villa Igiea in Palermo, Italy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, focusing on delivering exceptional service and guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, guaranteeing the well-being of guests, colleagues, and the hotel community.
  • Facilitate effective communication by chairing regular meetings with department heads and actively participating in business meetings.
  • Assist the General Manager in budget preparation, financial management, and performance monitoring.
  • Represent the hotel in public forums, using strong public speaking and presentation skills to promote the hotel's reputation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Director of F&B or a related role.
  • Knowledge of H&S provisions and national regulations.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data.
  • Proficiency in English, Italian, and a third European language (French preferred).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
