Your Role: As a Junior Project Manager within the Innovation and Development Office, you will play a crucial role in the planning, management, and execution of project activities. You will work alongside Principal Investigators and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives and maintain strong relationships with project partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of project activities.
  • Support the coordination of the project consortium, ensuring adherence to the work plan and monitoring deliverables.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of operational plans in line with project objectives.
  • Track scientific, technical, and financial progress, proposing adjustments as necessary to enhance project effectiveness.
  • Oversee communication and dissemination efforts to develop training and reporting materials for stakeholders.
  • Manage the exploitation plan and related activities to foster an incubation and acceleration system.
  • Assist in drafting data management plans and supervising related activities.
  • Maintain relations with consortium members and stakeholders.
  • Compile and submit technical and financial reports to funding authorities.
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings, ensuring effective follow-up on decisions made.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in scientific disciplines, economics, management, or a related field.
  • Experience in economic and financial project planning.
  • Background in strategy consulting.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
  • Collaborative approach with stakeholders.
  • Innovative mindset and creativity.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Familiarity with standard IT software, including Word and Excel.
