Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tiffany Brand Ambassador to embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, delivering a memorable experience and driving business growth through key product pillars. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for Tiffany, and an entrepreneurial spirit to develop client relationships and exceed sales plans.
Responsibilities
• Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spend
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships
• Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business
• Drive business through key product pillars
Requirements
• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience
• Proven track record in achieving sales results
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work with a diverse client base
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email
• Italian and English speaking abilities are mandatory, a third language is an appreciated plus
