Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide strategic partnering support to our General Manager and leadership team, driving business outcomes and people agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and set directions for the people agenda, facilitating change management processes and enabling the organization for the delivery of the future strategy.
- Support leadership team in organizational development, talent management, and engagement agenda.
- Act as a trusted mentor and sparring partner for people leaders to drive performance and team effectiveness.
- Advise and co-develop the leadership team as an effective team with the BU leader.
- Lead the deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence.
- Accountable for recruitment prioritization and organizational/workforce governance.
- Collaborate with business and HR departments to provide regional insights and drive the cascade of global processes into country-specific deployment.
Requirements:
- Several years of HR experience in a global, matrixed organization.
- Ability to balance local needs vs. global directions and influence accordingly.
- Experience with the HR agenda in Italy and adept at solving complex, legal/compliance cases.
- Proficient stakeholder management skills (at all levels – both internal and external).
- Change management and business coaching ability is a plus.
- Business understanding and some experience within project work and project tools.
- Experience working with data to inform, make proposals, and influence decisions.
- Track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines, as well as dealing with ambiguity.
- Open-minded, solution-oriented, structured, and a strong collaborative approach.
- Proficient in both Italian and English.
