- Build senior-level relationships with clients and Kyndryl account teams.
- Lead complex engagements and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Develop and deliver modern IT strategies, operating models, and business value realization engagements.
- Proven track record in IT consulting or management consulting with regional or global consulting firms.
- Well-rounded industry expertise in sectors such as Financial Services, Industrial, Retail, or Energy & Utilities.
- Ability to create, position, and deliver complex digital transformations and business value realization engagements.
- Experience in building cross-unit notoriety as a subject-matter expert and expanding Kyndryl's intellectual property assets.
