Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Account Manager to join our team at CoreView S.r.l. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your technical expertise and industry knowledge to identify potential clients who can benefit from our technical solutions.
  2. Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Develop and Execute a Strategic Sales Plan: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Communicate the Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our technical solutions to clients through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
  5. Provide Technical Expertise: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and provide technical expertise and guidance to help them understand how our solutions can address their specific needs.
  6. Manage the Sales Pipeline: Utilize CRM tools to track and document all sales activities and client interactions, and manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward sales goals.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, technical account management, or a related field.
  2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent English written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in response to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.
  3. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel throughout the sales territory as needed.
  4. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred knowledge of key technologies and subjects including TCP/IP and networking, Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance/Audit Tools, Firewalls, Web App Security, Endpoint Detection and Response, and other relevant enterprise security solutions.
  5. Additional Skills: A working knowledge of M365 is a plus.
