Job Description

Job Title: IT Support Services Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Support Services Manager to lead and manage the provision of IT Support Services within our local office(s)/region. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Technology Support Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management to the IT Support Services team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve IT service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate the provision of IT Support Services, including problem management, incident management, and request fulfillment.
  • Ensure that all IT services are delivered in accordance with Firm standards and policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, managers, and external partners.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Ensure that all IT services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and report on IT service performance, including metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement plans to improve IT service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all IT services are delivered in accordance with Firm policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support services management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and technologies.

Working Conditions:

This is an onsite role based in our Tampa office, with potential for travel.

Reports to: Senior Manager, Technology Support
