We are seeking a highly motivated Equipment Operations Coordinator for our Athletics Department to support the management and supervision of equipment operations, venue setup, and event execution.

Job Description
  • Manage inventory control systems, ordering, receiving, and maintenance of equipment for assigned sports
  • Negotiate bids with vendors to purchase necessary equipment for varsity programs
  • Assist in budget process, tracking and settling expenses
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of team equipment and initiate requests for replenishment
  • Coordinate with coaches to identify equipment needs for assigned sports
  • Assist Director of Equipment Operations in hiring, supervising, training, and scheduling student staff
  • Supervise and train event staff, preparing assigned home venues for competition
  • Act as on-site Event Manager at designated home contests
  • Responsible for facility and building management/scheduling of Higgins Soccer Complex, Farley Hall soccer wing, and West Campus Tennis Courts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Two years experience working in Equipment operations and/or facilities operations in a collegiate setting, preferably at a D1 institution
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to pay attention to details
  • Proficiency with personal computer applications

About This Role

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
