Marketing and E-commerce Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and E-commerce Development Intern to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of best-in-class content on Amazon and monitoring our digital shelf performance across different retailer websites.
Key Responsibilities- Content Implementation: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to deliver a superior consumer experience and drive search visibility and conversion of Colgate products online.
- Analytics and Reporting: Leverage internal and external analytics tools to monitor our brands' performance across different retailer websites and provide actionable insights to improve our e-commerce plans.
- Online Audits: Conduct regular online audits to ensure Colgate products are available and accessible for shoppers to purchase across partner websites.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor key competitor activity using publicly available information and provide recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
- Quarterly Reviews: Conduct quarterly reviews to track our progress against defined e-commerce objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least a previous experience in the Marketing area, preferably in e-commerce.
- Skills: Digitally savvy, advanced analytical, numerate, and logical reasoning skills, ability to compile and present data with high attention to detail.
- Language: Advanced or Fluent English.
- Software: Good knowledge of Office suite or Google Collaboration Tools.
- Teamwork: Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
