About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve any issues related to room quality or services.
  • Work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with personalized recommendations and advice.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of service and quality throughout the hotel.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, hospitality, and hotel operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel management systems and software.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
