**Job Summary**

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Financial/Accounting Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing support with financial processes, including month-end close, basic reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide support with financial processes, including month-end close, basic reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Perform routine data extract requests from pre-existing queries.
  • Answer general customer questions regarding reporting and query tools.

**Requirements:**

  • Around 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
  • Very good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
  • Negotiation skills, communication skills & presentation skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive way of working.
