We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to focus on IBM business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of IBM products and be responsible for driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, customer enablement, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership for building a pipeline of deals
- Running desk training, tool training, and driving product mind share
- Communicating product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams
- Weekly reporting to the vendor
- Supporting the execution of business/marketing plans
- Being the point of contact for customer care issues from the sales floor
- IBM portfolio knowledge
- Customer focus
- Building structured sales activity
- Ability to develop a knowledge of product and technology portfolio
- English intermediate, Italian fluent
- Hybrid work arrangement (2 days at the office, 3 days at home)
