Job Description:

Eni is seeking a highly skilled Expert Salesforce Architect to join our Plenitude team. As a key member of our ICT team, you will be responsible for designing and evolving cpq & sales solutions and other applications within the domain, ensuring they meet business requirements, are exercisable, reusable, and coherent with enterprise architecture guidelines.

Plenitude Societa Benefit, a subsidiary of Eni, is a unique business model that integrates renewable energy production, energy sales, and energy solutions, with a wide network of electric vehicle charging points. We provide energy to 10 million European retail customers, aiming to reach 11.5 million by 2027. Our goal is to achieve over 8 GW of installed renewable capacity by 2027 and over 15 GW by 2030. In the electric mobility sector, we have a network of thousands of charging points, which will be expanded in Italy and Europe, aiming to reach 40,000 points by 2027. We are also a leader in Italy for distributed generation from small-scale photovoltaic plants.

Your Role:

  • Define the reference architecture, principles, and technological and design guidelines for the cpq & sales domain.
  • Design solutions based on cpq withga/salesforce services that integrate with Plenitude's application map, prioritizing the use of paas/serverless solutions and prioritizing response times and performance that meet business needs.
  • Work within an innovative IT design team focused on achieving technical and business OKRs.
  • Contribute to defining functional designs and technical requirements (nfr) using Plenitude's defined tools and methodologies.
  • Acquire and develop your skills in the technologies and IT solutions present in the company.
  • Access internal training platforms to develop your skills and professional path.
  • Produce or validate technical documentation for the initiative.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in STEM fields; alternative titles and study areas may be considered with significant experience in the role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Possession of Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified System Architect) will be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and highly automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase).
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Availability for national and international mobility.
