About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Country Operations Manager, Go-to-Market to join our team at Google Inc. in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our Ads business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs, Cloud, and Legal, to drive Velocity priorities and operations.
  • Navigate and partner with senior-level stakeholders to drive projects and initiatives forward.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or similar work requiring project management and problem-solving.
  • Experience navigating and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a networker with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills.
  • Ability to tolerate ambiguity in fast-changing environments.
  • Ability to take initiative and drive projects in a structured manner.
