Cytiva is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team in Italy. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, qualifying, and maintaining equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repairing issues. You will also promote service contracts and identify opportunities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Cytiva to clients and plan and execute service activities at customer sites
- Manage own stock and work orders, and participate in sales opportunities to promote and implement revenue programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, with strong technical skills and ability to travel 70% of the time
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
