As the Business Development Manager for Healthcare Logistics, you will be responsible for building a robust pipeline and securing new revenue streams for our logistics services. You will collaborate closely with our Enterprise and Small Medium Business sales teams, alongside your own self-directed efforts informed by your market insights.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads Collaborate with European and Global Sales partners to manage leads Source and cultivate client referrals Develop and maintain a customer pipeline utilizing Salesforce Create sales action plans and strategies Schedule and execute sales activities Lead the development of commercial proposals in conjunction with a tender management team Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with clients, including legal contracts Contribute to strategic insights for UPS Healthcare, sharing knowledge gained from clients and market contactsBenefits

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in business or supply chain management A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the logistics sector, ideally in various roles Knowledge of Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Logistics In-depth understanding of warehousing and distribution Proven sales track record with a strong desire for new business development Proficiency in both Italian and English, with strong speaking and writing skills Additional language skills are advantageous Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to support product and service development Broad management capabilities Strong commercial and financial acumen Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation abilities Adaptable and flexible attitudeRecruitment Policy
