We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hotel's operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily housekeeping operations, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for housekeeping staff to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and control departmental expenses to achieve budgeted goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Supervise and coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and front desk, to ensure seamless operations.
- 3+ years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills.
- Valid work permit for Italy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
