Key Responsibilities:

Craft compelling value propositions to onboard new selling partners
Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities
Develop and optimize promotional strategies for pricing, product selection, and availability
Collaborate with the EU Deals team to maximize customer experience and sales
Educate sellers on Amazon's tools and services to drive self-sufficiency
Track and report on business development results to identify areas for improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German (must be fluent, C1 minimum)
Strong analytical mindset with intermediate Excel proficiency
Ability to think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
Passion for e-commerce, sales, and helping businesses succeed
Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in account management, business development, or consulting
Knowledge of e-commerce or retail industry
Familiarity with databases and SQL
