Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete technical relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Craft proposals and high-level designs incorporating feedback from customer stakeholders.
  • Identify the business and technical needs of customers for the implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Act as the technical representative in all internal sales meetings.
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for all professional services engagements.
  • Contribute to the strategy for responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Independently implement the platform's features during pre-sales Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions and customer onboarding after purchase.
  • Regularly report to management regarding time allocation, revenue, billable activities, and services rendered.
  • Monitor opportunities being pursued and services related to the efforts of additional team members.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with customers to uncover potential sales opportunities for add-ons or professional services.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Proficient in creating and configuring Microsoft 365 tenants, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
  • Solid understanding of Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with on-premises environments utilizing various Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server configurations.
  • Comprehension of Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity principles.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Automation & Orchestration technologies.
  • Diverse technology background with a focus on data center technologies and familiarity with cloud hyper-scalers.
  • Adept at analyzing complex business and technical challenges and formulating solution proposals.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presence in meetings and peer leadership.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in French and/or German.
