EMEA MDM Technology Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA MDM Technology Lead to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and supervising MDM initiatives for our EMEA clients.
Key Responsibilities- Define offering related to MDM technologies
- Contribute to RFP responses and business development activities, shaping overall solutions and estimating effort, cost, and timeline
- Assist in project scope and objective definition, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Support project managers with changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Align with IQVIA MDM Product team to understand new offering elements and influence product enhancements and roadmap
- Supervise EMEA MDM initiatives, connecting with IQVIA project managers and monitoring progress
- Support delivery as a Subject Matter Expert, engaging directly with clients
- Recommend improvements and contribute to defining actions for enhancing internal processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline
- > 8 years of related experience in consulting or as a product owner/project manager for MDM initiatives, ideally in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry
- Solid project management and relationship building skills
- Subject matter expertise to effectively manage MDM projects
- Excellent knowledge of processes and challenges typical for MDM initiatives
- Deep understanding of MDM Architectures
- Good knowledge of MDM Tools (e.g., Reltio, Informatica, TIBCO, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
