Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team in Brugherio, Italy. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will work closely with our Social Media & Community Manager to create and curate content that resonates with our audience and builds our brand identity across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Curate and create high-quality content that engages our audience and builds our brand identity
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions
  • Collaborate with our Social Media & Community Manager to develop and implement community strategies that drive growth and engagement
  • Manage and moderate user-generated content and messages on social media platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills
