As a Sales Support Specialist at MGID, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:




  • Utilizing our products' unique strengths and features to craft personalized proposals tailored to each client's needs
  • Fostering and nurturing partnerships with vendors
  • Generating essential documents such as financial and business proposals, commercial offer letters, and exclusive/non-exclusive agreements for diverse client portfolios
  • Cultivating robust relationships and networks with key stakeholders
  • Delivering regular reports, whether quarterly, monthly, or weekly, and responding promptly to any requests for updates on team progress, achievements, and ongoing tasks
  • Handling client inquiries and requests following established workflow procedures
  • Engaging with Hubspot and Slack platforms, adhering to established workflow guidelines
  • Contributing to both individual assignments and collaborative team projects


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of digital sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
