We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Subcontract Manager to join our team at Tecnimont. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance of subcontracting activities in accordance with our Construction Subcontracting Procedure and Project specific procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue the Project Construction Subcontracting Procedure, Subcontracting Plan and Strategy, Project Subcontractors List, and Bidder List.
  • Expedite and follow up with the construction department for the assessment of subcontract documents and availability of construction schedules and budgets.
  • Perform the bids opening procedure and examine the relevant contractual section of received quotations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with subcontractors and coordinate with Contract Management, Procurement, Legal, and Group Finance.
  • Estimate construction costs of new price list quantities and update the archive of technical and commercial data related to Subcontracts.
  • Assist Subcontracts Administration Management in the resolution of claims and clarification on Subcontract Special Clauses interpretation.
Requirements
  • Good level of English language as minimum (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position in Oil and gas/Petrochemical projects and 3 years of experience at job sites in any position.
