**Job Description**
You will be part of the Pre Sales team for our Home Comfort department and you will take care of the enhancement of customer support services related to electrification technologies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Support the pre-sales office in consulting activities for agents and clients
• Support the team in the development of technical documentation
• Help in the definition of additional services
• Provide technical support via phone
**Qualifications:**
• Education: degree in Energy Engineering
• Know-how: knowledge of Thermotechnology and Electrical Engineering topics
• Languages: good knowledge of English (minimum level B2)
**Additional Information:**
The internship foresees reimbursement at Bosch Italia. Depending on the level of your education, you will be reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month.
