Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to provide administrative support and ensure exceptional customer service in a part-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
- Support in preparing documents for public tenders and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with debt collection and perform back-office activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Process day-to-day customer enquiries via email and resolve issues.
- Provide customers with information on company policies and procedures.
- Investigate and forward complex complaints.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or refund requests and issue credit notes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service roles (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of computer use and software applications.
- Basic knowledge of the English language and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Active listening skills to understand customers' needs and concerns.
- Problem-solving orientation to resolve customer requests or problems quickly and effectively.
