Administrative Support and Customer Service Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to provide administrative support and ensure exceptional customer service in a part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Support in preparing documents for public tenders and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist with debt collection and perform back-office activities.
Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process day-to-day customer enquiries via email and resolve issues.
  • Provide customers with information on company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and forward complex complaints.
  • Assist customers with returns, exchanges, or refund requests and issue credit notes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service roles (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of computer use and software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of the English language and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner.
  • Active listening skills to understand customers' needs and concerns.
  • Problem-solving orientation to resolve customer requests or problems quickly and effectively.
