About the Role:
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Specialist who will focus on the specific solution/technology domain of VMware/Lenovo.
The selected candidate will serve as the subject matter expert, collaborating internally and externally with our partner network and sales teams to define straightforward solutions and projects for partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the design and configuration of vendor solutions.
- Utilize internal and vendor tools to produce accurate bills of materials promptly.
- Address inquiries or customer service issues swiftly.
- Educate both internal and external stakeholders about products and technologies.
- Understand and apply vendor promotions effectively.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Lenovo/VMware technologies is preferred.
- Fluency in Italian; conversational English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, priority management, and planning abilities.
- Knowledge of the IT industry – including channels, vendors, competition, and end users – is desirable.
