IT Risk Operations Specialist

The IT Risk Operations Specialist will oversee Risk Management initiatives within the Chief Technology Officer's division, ensuring all essential measures are implemented. This role will assist stakeholders in evaluating and prioritizing actions to effectively reduce risks.
The successful candidate will serve as a Risk Subject Matter Expert, playing a pivotal role in the deployment of Operational Technology and Information Technology solutions and best practices across various sites. Collaborating closely with the Platform Tribe team and engaging with other departments, including cybersecurity and networking, this position is dedicated to upholding secure and compliant environments in line with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly assess, quantify, and track IT risks through practical evaluations. Execute evidence-based risk evaluations for both internal and external systems, offering recommendations and actionable steps to enhance security measures and ensure adherence to compliance. Work alongside Risk, Internal Audit, Procurement, and Compliance teams to align with regulatory mandates and corporate goals. Analyze emerging risks that may affect strategic objectives. Engage in trend analysis to provide insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor on risk matters and evaluate the implications of strategic changes on technology frameworks. Contribute to the creation of research-driven materials to promote awareness and foster change. Ensure coordination with service providers and uphold high service quality standards. Provide expertise on Patching, Vulnerability Management, and Infrastructure Lifecycle. Exhibit proficiency in engineering processes and Agile methodologies. Assist in the design of innovative data center technologies to support Operational technologies with a risk-focused approach.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in information security or risk management. Knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, and COBIT. Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ISO27001 Lead Auditor are highly preferred. Familiarity with ITIL/ISO 20000 and Agile/PMO/PRINCE2 methodologies. Advanced skills in Excel.Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Problem-solving orientation and a customer-focused approach. Commitment to execution excellence.Employment Type: Permanent
