Our Mission

We are looking for passionate and talented IT Service Desk people to join our IT Team, based in Milan, Italy. Our team is a core function of the IT organization and a key contributor to providing high-quality production support for our business-critical IT Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare end-user hardware;
  • Provide timely and effective support for local IT hardware;
  • Laptops, meeting rooms, auditoriums, monitors, access control, CCTV;
  • Support corporate events such as culture days or company standups;
  • Maintain inventory;
  • Maintain the current hardware;
  • Performed updates/upgrades;
  • Monitor the different services;
  • Resolve Layer 1 and 2 service requests;
  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures;
  • Administrate and operate different IT tools and systems;
  • Be the IT responsible on-site.

Requirements

  • Advanced English Fluency;
  • A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience;
  • 2+ years of relevant full-time experience in IT HelpDesk;
  • Experience supporting Windows and MacOSX environments;
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack services;
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar;
  • Experience with OneLogin or similar;
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills with a technical mindset;
  • Great communication skills and solution-oriented approach.
