About the Role

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Staff - Food Certification Specialist to join its team in the Italy Food Certification Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control organic certification practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Support the organic manager in the development and implementation of quality management systems.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of management systems.
  • Identify and define audit results, including positive and negative findings.
  • Participate in certification committee decisions and provide technical reviews of audit files.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Quality Management System lead auditor qualification.
  • Courses in organic certification schemes.
  • Experience in the management and control of organic certification schemes.
  • Mipaaf authorization for inspector activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
