Missione e obiettivi principali:
Il/la tirocinante riceverà formazione sui principali processi di relazione con i clienti Nissan e con i prospect (potenziali clienti) che coinvolgono il CRM, dalla fase di generazione dei lead alla loro gestione e successive modalità di ricontatto multi-canale (DEM, telemarketing, SMS, direct marketing).
Principali compiti e responsabilità:
- Supporto alla localizzazione degli asset di comunicazione centrali prodotti da Nissan Europe
- Monitoraggio/reportistica attività CRM locali dei Dealer (su piattaforma locale myDEM)
- Supporto nell'estrazione dati/aggiornamento info (su database NCD) per la contattabilità dei clienti
- Supporto al field NITA nell'organizzazione delle attività di telemarketing Sales/After Sales dei Dealer
- Supporto reportistica Bonus rivolti alla rete Dealer (per la gestione dei lead e per la fidelizzazione clienti)
- Supporto nella reportistica delle survey sui clienti/rejectors svolte da Dekra (agenzia esterna per il telemarketing)

Competenze tecniche specifiche:
- Buona conoscenza del PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Buone capacità analitiche e relazionali
- Inglese fluente
