Gruppo Florence S.P.A. è una società di riferimento nel settore del lusso, specializzata nella produzione di collezioni di prêt-à-porter, pelletteria e calzature. In questo contesto, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Finance Manager che possa supportare il nostro team di amministrazione finanziaria.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Coordinamento e supervisione delle strutture amministrative del Gruppo in ambito amministrativo, contabile e fiscale;
  • Supervisione delle strutture amministrative del Gruppo nella predisposizione della reportistica mensile e dei bilanci semestrali e annuali;
  • Supporto alle strutture amministrative del Gruppo nell'adempimento alle richieste di reportistica della controllante Gruppo Florence;
  • Definizione di processi organizzativi di efficienza in ambito amministrativo-contabile e fiscale;
  • Gestione di possibili tematiche in ambito amministrativo-contabile e fiscale;
  • Interfaccia con i professionisti ingaggiati dalle società: fiscalista, consulente del lavoro, società di revisione.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in Economia Aziendale o materie affini;
  • Esperienza in società di revisione di almeno 4/5 anni maturata in contesti di medie/grandi dimensioni ed in gruppi aziendali con focus sull'attività di predisposizione di bilanci mensili, semestrali, annuali, bilanci consolidati ed attività di coordinamento di risorse;
  • Abilità organizzative;
  • Completano il profilo ottime abilità organizzative, buone capacità di coordinamento e supervisione, precisione e puntualità.
