About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving service excellence and operational transformation at Alpitronic. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and executing transformation roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Improvement: Identify and assess opportunities for service improvement, and develop actionable plans to address them.
  • Transformation Roadmap: Develop and execute a transformation roadmap aligned with company strategic goals, ensuring efficient and high-quality Kaizen events for continuous improvement.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Operate with a customer-centric mindset, analyzing critical components of customer engagement for business solutions and improving customer experience.
  • Value Stream Optimization: Lead value stream optimization efforts, ensuring efficient and high-quality processes.
  • IT Solutions: Functional lead for IT solutions related to services, as well as cross-functional collaboration with other teams to identify appropriate cost models and impacts, and to develop robust business cases to implement emerging technologies that support transformational objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead change management strategies, collaborate with diverse teams, and lead a high-performing team to implement transformational strategies, ensuring people have the skills, tools, and talents required for their roles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote, facilitate, and train the broader cross-functional teams to understand, embrace, and use the various business management system tools.
  • Lean Behaviors: Coach, drive, and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools by partnering with different business leaders.
  • Cultural Transformation: Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics.
Requirements
  • Certification: Certification as a Master Blackbelt or Blackbelt in Lean Six Sigma or similar.
  • Experience: Significant hands-on experience in working with Lean, Six Sigma, OKR, DBS or similar toolkits and management systems, particularly in a transactional environment.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in driving and leading major changes and organizational transformations.
  • Communication: Well organized, structured work ethic and strong communication skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English; German or Italian is a plus.
