Job Description

Job Title: Transformational Service Excellence Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Service Excellence Leader to join our team at Alpitronic. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving service improvement initiatives and leading transformational change across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Assess Opportunities: Analyze our service operations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and Execute Transformation Roadmap: Create a comprehensive roadmap to drive transformational change and ensure alignment with our company's strategic goals.
  • Lead Change Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Functional Lead for IT Solutions: Oversee the development and implementation of IT solutions to support service improvement initiatives.
  • Lead High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a high-performing team to drive transformational change and ensure the success of our service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Master Blackbelt or Blackbelt in Lean Six Sigma or similar.
  • Experience: Significant hands-on experience in working with Lean, Six Sigma, OKR, DBS, or similar toolkits and management systems, particularly in a transactional environment.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in driving and leading major changes and organizational transformations.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
