Our Customer Success Operations Division is currently seeking a

Customer Success Operations Specialist (f/m/d) (100%)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly data integrity checks to ensure accurate order processing and maintain optimal delivery performance.
  • Engage in troubleshooting activities to facilitate timely Sell Out postings and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted prior to the Monthly Closure.
  • Continuously enhance month-end closing procedures through active learning and improvement.
  • Act as the primary contact for stock-taking activities, liaising with both Customers and the Sales Team.
  • Analyze stock-taking results and reconcile discrepancies with Sales data.
  • Record outcomes in SAP.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for warehouse needs and transportation support for local operations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and Customers to gather and negotiate Value-Added Services (VAS) requirements, working closely with warehouses to design and implement new VAS solutions.
  • Identify and address system issues effectively.
  • Lead the team as an SAP Key User, providing training and support to both new and existing team members regarding specific requirements or new functionalities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within multinational operational environments.
  • Proficient in handling large datasets, conducting analyses, and generating reports.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and methodical approach in executing operational tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset; enjoys working in diverse, cross-border teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • IT skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Teams, advanced Excel, Word), experience with SAP (SD and BW modules); familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for training and meetings.
