Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

Introduce new features and enhance existing functionalities related to purchasing, services, delivery, and post-purchase experiences by examining consumer behavior, checkout processes, and post-purchase satisfaction metrics; Collaborate consistently with business stakeholders to establish and synchronize the digital product vision and strategic direction; Recognize business challenges, analyze consumer behavior, checkout processes, and satisfaction metrics to initiate new features and refine existing ones primarily concerning: payments, online services, orders, checkout, delivery, and post-purchase; Develop the product strategy and roadmap while managing the product backlog prioritization to ensure maximum product value; Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities, as well as the benefits and results of KPIs to a diverse audience, including internal and external stakeholders and technical teams; Collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-market teams, as well as other agile teams, including development and design, to create exceptional experiences; Keep abreast of industry trends, particularly in the luxury sector. Cultivate a deep understanding of evolving client behaviors and their implications for luxury service, proactively suggesting advancements; Operate using Agile-Lean methodologies, developing the product incrementally by incorporating feedback throughout the build and release process while continuously enhancing workflows; Tailor product features to local nuances, manage prioritization, implementation, and reporting, and engage with global market teams.
