Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales professional to join our team as a Business Account Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with National Account professional experience, ideally gained within an International Consumer Goods or Cosmetics company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver net sales and gross margin within account portfolio and a financial year in line with annual and strategic company objectives.
  • Proactively seek out and exploit all sales opportunities consistently to achieve short & long term objectives.
  • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans with key accounts to secure breakthrough growth.
  • Constantly track customer performance and needs and proactively make recommendations to help improve customer performance & profitability.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and liaise with Customer Services, Demand Planning and Supply Planning to maximise on-going product availability and meet service level & working capital targets.
  • Strong interaction and collaboration with Marketing & Category Development Department, in order to accomplish company objectives.
Requirements
  • Significant Account Management experience, ideally also in Drugstores channel.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills are essential.
  • Consolidate computer literate Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office are essential.
  • Graduate or equivalent in commercial related subject.
  • Fluent Italian and English.
